We treat every spot we find, and many come out completely. Some stains, like dyes or deep pet damage, can set into the fibers or padding, so we tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
Do your technicians move heavy furniture before cleaning?
We clean around large furniture. Please move small items, breakables and anything on the floor before we arrive.
What is included with every carpet cleaning?
Every carpet cleaning includes a pre-spray, truck-mounted hot-water extraction and a free deodorizer.

Yes. Many customers book both in one visit.
Is it safe for kids and pets?

Do you take the rug away?
No. We clean everyday area rugs right in your home.
Do you clean wool or Persian rugs?
No. We only clean everyday synthetic area rugs. We do not clean oriental, Persian, wool, silk or antique rugs.
How much does mattress cleaning cost?

Can I book just my stairs?
Yes. Stairs can be booked on their own or added to a carpet cleaning.
How long until we can walk on the stairs?
Most carpet dries in 4 to 6 hours. We recommend socks or clean shoes until then.
Will the smell be completely gone?
Many pet spots clean up well, but we can't promise every odor will be gone. Deep contamination in the padding may need padding replacement. We will tell you honestly what we see.
Is the treatment safe for my pets?
Yes. It is safe for dogs, cats and kids.
What's the difference between basic and deep cleaning?
Basic cleaning covers routine dust buildup. Deep cleaning is for homes that haven't been cleaned in years, have pets, or just finished renovation work. Call and we'll help you choose.
Do you clean the furnace too?
Yes, as an option. You can choose duct cleaning with or without the furnace.
How often should a dryer vent be cleaned?
Once a year is a good rule for most homes. Large families and homes with pets may need it more often.
